Effective November 4, 2026. These terms describe your use of Black Ink Sports. Read them before creating an account. The signup and email-confirmation forms require your agreement and record the version and time of acceptance.

In these terms, “Black Ink,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Black Ink Sports.

1. What Black Ink provides

Black Ink provides sports analysis, statistics, and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, or pay out winnings. A membership purchases access to analysis, not a promise of winning bets or income.

2. Predictions and financial risk

Predictions are opinions, not guarantees. Information may contain errors or delays, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Odds and player availability may change. Verify current information with the relevant provider before acting.

Gambling involves financial risk, including losing your entire wager. You are responsible for your betting decisions and compliance with applicable laws and age restrictions. Using this app does not make gambling legal in your location.

3. Responsible use

Never gamble money you need for bills or essential expenses. Never chase losses. Do not treat betting as a source of wages or dependable income. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet applicable age requirements for any gambling you independently choose to undertake.

4. Accounts and membership

Keep your sign-in credentials private and use an email address you control. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's account or records.

Creating an account does not itself start a paid subscription. Where subscriptions are available, the price and renewal terms are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment. A monthly subscription renews until canceled; use Manage billing in your account to stop the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself reverse a previous charge. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and any refund policy disclosed before purchase.

5. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Black Ink disclaims liability for gambling losses resulting from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free information.

6. Ownership and third-party materials

Rights in Black Ink’s branding, software, original content, and presentation remain with their respective owners, to the extent recognized by applicable law. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Third-party software, data, team and league names, logos, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. No ownership is claimed over public facts, ideas, methods, or material that is not legally protectable. References to third-party names or brands do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Permitted use

Subject to these terms and any applicable membership requirements, you may access and use Black Ink for your personal, noncommercial purposes. You may use the app’s built-in sharing and export features for your own records or personal, noncommercial sharing, retaining any attribution and ownership notices included with them.

Except with our prior written permission or as allowed by applicable law or an applicable third-party license, you may not:

Copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected Black Ink content, artwork, or software, or provide others with paid access to the service.
Use automated tools to extract content or data in bulk from the service, bypass access controls, or share account access to evade membership requirements.
Remove ownership notices from protected materials or use Black Ink’s name or branding in a way that falsely suggests ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

These restrictions do not limit fair use, other rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict, or permissions granted directly by a third-party license. You retain any rights you have in your submitted content and records; these terms do not transfer their ownership to us.

8. Changes to these terms

Version 2026-11-04.2 uses the Black Ink Sports support address for customer contact and removes personal identifying details from the public text. Read the previous version (public copy with personal details redacted).

New versions will show their effective date. Your acceptance record identifies the version you agreed to; publishing a change does not rewrite earlier acceptance records.
